What is the difference between Cessna and Beechcraft mixture cables?

Do you mean the cables themselves or their operation?
Operation is going to be essentially the same.
Physical appearance and manufacturing methods are going to be similar as well. I don't know for sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were made by the same manufacturer. Many GA aircraft use the same components (engines, props, NAV/COM equipment, lights, brakes, etc).
