commerical pilot in usa part 61?

hi
i intend to start my flying training in the usa and actually i ve read about to programs FAA part 61 & FAA part 141 ( for international students) and by comparing the prices i found part 61 is muchcheaperr & saving time. and one day i met a a pilot who is aforeignerr and he studied part 61 and i want to do so .. so what r the procedures and what r the restrictions to go in part 61 and by the way i am not an american but so also if there are a flight school who can help me to get the visa it will be welcomed if not no problem … plz who has intention for an advanced help can email me at besbes85@hotmail.com ,,

If you can get a visa or otherwise meet the entry requirements then you can attend any school that you please. If you need a student visa, then, the last time that I checked, they were only available to students of 141 schools.
I’d look into ATP in Florida, they have an arm that is 141, and, in my experience, they are pretty good.
Whatever you do, be careful. Many of the schools that cater to foreign students specialize in very low quality flight training at a very high price. Do your homework.
What are some jobs for flying Cessna type air crafts or Floatplanes?

How many hours of flight do I need for one of these jobs with a commercial pilot’s license?
You could fly into remote areas in South America that are home to some of the most primitive villages whose access is limited virtually to rivers. This type of job would be of a humanitarian nature.
Some places take days to get to by motorboat and a float plane could cut the time down considerably. One such place is the Amazon River. It is very long, 3903 miles, and the main part of the river is 1-6 miles wide, more than enough room to land a float plane if you wanted to get supplies quickly to the inhabitants there. (some are savages but that’s besides my point).

An aerial video crew observed the October 28, 2009 Ares I-X test flight from a Cessna Skymaster aircraft positioned approx. 10 nautical miles away from the vehicle at an altitude of 12,000 feet. The videographer used a gyro-stabilized high-definition camera system mounted to the outside of the aircraft to capture this spectacular footage. This footage provides extremely valuable engineering data, and imagery of the recovery sequence in rarely-seen detail.
Ares I-X is the first flight test of the Constellation Program and provides NASA an early opportunity to gather critical data during vehicle ascent and during booster deceleration and recovery.
