I conduct OSHA mandated training for my company. I have to visit all our facilities to conduct this training. Often I have to travel to our desert facilities located near the Colorado River across from Parker Az. We start from Bullhead City Airport. This is part of my flight.

One of the first-order ES44AC units leads an eastbound trailer train through Flagstaff. Some foreign tourists smashed a few coins and decide to throw a party on the tracks as a westbound approaches. This was also the last time I used this video camera, since it was old and pretty busted (check out how the zoom sticks). Taken on 8/7/05.

the awakening acoustic bass solo

My attempt at “The Awakening” by the Reddings and later, Les Claypool. It’s incomplete as I’m still working on the last part of the song. Some parts are From the Reddings version, some from the Claypool version, and some are bits that I made up to fit. Played on a Fender Kingman Acoustic Bass, which sounds far better than my laptop mic would lead you to believe, and using a plectrum as that’s just how I roll! Be nice!
