i dont reccomend pilots take out their checklist, pilots should know it without reading it.
Okay…that might work if you have plenty of alt.
Forget reading the book if you are low. You beter have practiced many emergecncy
power off landings and made memory of glide speeds. And pay attention to simple land marks for wind direction. Turn carefully into the wind. Locate a landing spot as soon as you can from your position. Watch for power lines!
