I remember the huge hail storm in? Arizona however I don’t remember any tornadoes, I felt like it was the end of the world lol.

@EwnRWs That would be my life to have a tornado warning? while in school. Best day ever.

It’s funny,? they used to keep things like this hush, hush in AZ; Now they glorify it lol.

Flagstaff isn’t desert. It’s forests. Mountains. At the tip? of the Colorado Plateau. : |

And we do have tornado sirens in AZ. They were built as air raid systems in case of an air terrorist attack during the Cold War. They just aren’t available everywhere, and very rarely used.

the hail at my house was the size of baseballs! It was whit outside and i couldn’t see anything! i live in Glendale and I’m only 11 and no more about tornadoes than the average person and i predicted? that we would have at least 2 tornadoes up north and i predicted one in Scottsdale but this still surprises me.

@Maxaker67 yeah maybe but highly unlikely.. if your in direct path of an EF 5 tornado than most like your house and everything around it aint surviving shit.. LOL look what happened to parkersburg.. that town was demolished when an EF? 5 tornado tore through that small town.

all of? Arizona isn’t desert . she should have observed there was no saguaro cactus , a good indication your out of the desert !

  12. Maxaker67 on January 19th, 2012 7:15 pm

@ARZCARDINALS maybe an F5 could damage a stone house but only with flying objects, but it would still? be there.

  13. ARZCARDINALS on January 19th, 2012 7:19 pm

@CJCA915 LOL well at least they have sirens.. in the entire? state of Arizona.. there is none.. so people out here are totally effed LOL but you guys get the hurricanes though.. =(

  14. CJCA915 on January 19th, 2012 8:01 pm

@ARZCARDINALS Nope, at? least 99% of SC anyway, only like one town in the neighboring county has like 12.

  15. ARZCARDINALS on January 19th, 2012 8:29 pm

@CJCA915? LOL! but seriously you guys don’t have any in South Carolina? wow! Id thought they would have sirens lol.. crazy lol

  16. CJCA915 on January 19th, 2012 8:40 pm

@ARZCARDINALS We don’t have Tornado sirens in South Carolina either,? lol.

My mom was like, well, if we was ever gonna listen for sirens, it would be futile, because there isn’t any, lol.

  17. ARZCARDINALS on January 19th, 2012 9:12 pm

@CJCA915 Well yeah tornadoes can happen anywhere.. but Phoenix in my 27 years in living here never once seen a confirmed tornado touching down.. well not in in the valley anyways.. but we have seen funnel clouds but they never touched down. most of our tornadoes are in the higher elevations though.. but? in Arizona I don’t think we have tornado sirens.. it would be a good investment? lol

  18. ARZCARDINALS on January 19th, 2012 10:03 pm

@taurnguard LOFL yeah i agree but i think that they were caught off guard for a second..? but still he was a dumbass for standing there saying “its really painful to be standing here right now!!!” lol I would have fun to a building LOL so I agree with you totally on that =p

  19. ARZCARDINALS on January 19th, 2012 10:10 pm

@Maxaker67 dude having a tornado in Arizona is really rare! we are not the midwest where hundreds of tornadoes usually are.. so we don’t have tornado sirens or basements…. this shit happens.. besides no what the houses are? made out, metal, wood or bricks.. tornadoes are going to destroy everything.. just ask the people in tornado ally!

  20. Maxaker67 on January 19th, 2012 10:50 pm

yeah! lets build our houses out? of wood so we can rebuild them with every tornado…

  21. taurnguard on January 19th, 2012 11:24 pm

Note? to tv weathermen/women: You DON’T need to stand your dumb ass outside in bad weather to report the bad weather. Stay in a building and have the cameraman aim the camera out the window. You’ll see the same thing as if you were out there yourself… moron.
