Before leaving the Wigwam Motel in Holbrook, I cruise by Stewart’s Petrified Wood and another interesting “trading post.” Once on the road, we almost stop at Meteor Crater, have lunch in Flagstaff, come across a secret cemetery (??) and experience the unexpected magic of Oatman, Az. Then it’s off to the glitter of Laughlin, NV for the evening.
